We take the things in life that cause problems and turn them into powers for good.
people changing for good.
1. Tech for Good
Technology is here to stay - no matter how we feel about it - it is and will continue to be a huge part of our kid's lives. The answer isn't to take technology away from our kids when they are young and impressionable, this is exactly the wrong thing to do, we need to teach our children how to use technology for good while they're young so when they are not under our control, they will be good stewards of the technology that is changing our lives.
2. Food for good
Food is the fuel our body uses to do the things we need to do. Good fuel feeds our body with energy and health, bad fuel makes us weak and sick, not only in the short term, but there is a long term impact that is building up slowly every day. We need to look at each piece of food we put in our bodies, understand what it is and how it impacts our health, and take ownership of our bodies and what we're doing to keep them healthy and strong.
3. Money for Good
Money is necessary in our lives to feed ourselves, our family and our community. Its important to learn how to make and manage wealth - it will determine how much time we spend at work, at play and in the service of others. How we view it and prioritize it, will impact our lives for good or bad.
4. Work for Good
Work is an important part of life, but its not the only thing. We work as an end to a means, it is a tool we need to use to build up a great life.
5. Fun for Good
Fun is also an important part of life, and needs to be a balanced part of our lives. The ability to make the mundane actually become fun is a great skill that we should develop. Life is full of mundane things that need to be done, if we can make those things fun, then we're off to the races. Of course there are things that are just fun and recreational, and those are important to our health, well-being and relationships.
6. Rest for Good
Rest and meditation are also a critical part of a balanced life. The proper amount of rest, sleep and meditation are critical to making sure our bodies are in their most optimal state to do what we need to do.
